RETURNS
For all products ordered through the schoenen4werk.nl online store, you have 14 business days from receipt of the goods to consider the return.
During this period, you must inform us about your decision and from that day you have 14 business days to return the goods.
Return costs are covered by the consumer.
We will accept your return if the following conditions are met: - Returned products are in their original condition and include tags and packaging;
- A return form will be attached and sent by e-mail after purchasing the goods;
- A copy of the invoice/shipping specification is included If you return the goods, we will refund the entire invoice amount within 14 business days of receiving the return. If you would like to exchange an item, you can expect it to be delivered to your home within 7 business days of exchange confirmation.
